They have a daily maintenance and clean up crew to make sure the pool area is clean. We’ve been to other hotels in PA with pools open even during pandemic. Negatives: first and most of all, hotel should have informed or specifies in the website that their pool is closed.

They have mini snack bar with a good selection to fill your cravings. Here’s the positives: staff are friendly and accommodating, room was clean and the price per night is not bad at all as they gave us a suite plus breakfast included though I understand that because of the pandemic, foods are prepacked but guests should have a way to toast their breads or bagels for better taste than heated thru a microwave which makes them soggy.

As the old adage goes, you get what you pay for. Kicker- police activity outside in the AM because of some incident I didn’t care to witness after my comedically bad stay. Couldn’t get much sleep due to noise, generally feeling unsafe for myself and my vehicle. Lights not working, telephone not working, visible bed stains, all sorts of noises, I think you get the picture. In my 20+ years of staying in hotels, no matter the price point, I’ve never been spoken to so disrespectfully for no reason. I’m being nice bc I don’t believe in outing specific employees but one woman needs training in how to speak to customers. Front desk unmanned constantly and extremely rude. I could tell all the rooms were going to be the same piss poor quality. They stuck me in a basic room w a full size bed at best and I didn’t even bother saying anything.

I didn’t even get what I paid for (business king).
